At the momment I am beginging to wonder if we are at the wrong stadium or something, or whether we even sent a team to trade week? Seems awfully quiet for a team who said they would be "active" and picks were on the table etc..
Hopefully we land a couple of decent players, missing out on a Krakeour is a bit crap, but I guess with his age doesnt really fit in to our plans. But if Worsfold trully believed we would be a shot at the flag in 1-2 years like he has harped on about... then we should of grabbed him.
Maybe Port or the Kangas might bite
The question is though who would want to go play for Port? Ebert is the only one that comes to mind.
Surjan is 25 and was drafted at pick 10, and is Port's VC. He had knee surgery and missed the last half of the season.
Ebert is 20 and was drafted at pick 13.
We might have to throw in a mid-draft pick to make up for the difference in quality.
Surjan > WC
Ebert + Pick 45 > Port
Gee, Brisbane done well out of that trade
I'd love for us to get surjan, him and beau is a scary thought![]()
Yes word from the top is that we will definately take Grigg if he goes into the PSD.![]()
From the top of what?
If a player like Grigg or Jacobs is available at pick 1 in the PDS we should grab them, even if they only agree to a 1 yr deal.
They would be worth decent trade currency next season and we could trade them to where they wanted to go if they didn't want to stay.

1341: BREAKING NEWS: Hawthorn's Chris Pelchen confirms the David Hale issue will be a fight between the Hawks and Melbourne. Hawks have spoken to Hale and North today. He also said that Josh Hill is committed to joining Hawthorn and the Hawks will now talk to Western Bulldogs in regards to getting a deal done. Pelchen has also dismissed talk that they will trade Rick Ladson or that they want to sign Will Thursfield from Richmond. Pelchen confirmed that the club is still interested in Chris Tarrant.
So Josh Hill to Hawthorn for 37
37 to West coast for Mckinley?
Mckinley to the bulldogs?
think thats sounds ok
I think the Bulldogs will use that pick to help snare the Shermanator.
