Wouldnt trade pick 9 except for maybe Brent Harvey or Ottens
but not for anyone else Ottens could be another David Teague in a happy enviroment would blossom with a chance to prove others wrong and an injury free pre season

Jolly might be a 3rd-4th round draft pick. He's has potential, be he is not proven and expecting very early picks for him is very unlikely. (But you never know, funnier things have happened)
Carlton has been burnt by picking up unproven Ruckman. French has been reasonable just, Mott, Angwin & Smith all picked up from other AFL clubs haven't performed. I think the Carlton recruiting staff will be very cautious with future promising ruckman trades.

You don't have many stars if Teague can win B&F. Stevens maybe, Walker future star, Kouta and Campo best behind them, Fevola - rate him I'd have him but not a "star" Lappin - Good player, but star?

I was responding to the remark from "Heatley Stand" referring to Dees having trouble signing their stars. I too rate Teague as a player, definitely courageous, bit like Glen Archer.
