Not exactly a trade, but without being able to start a new thread this was the thread that fitted my question the most.

Who should I have on the field this week as they are all playing, Edwards from Carlton, Proud from Brisbane, or Barlow from Sydney?

Opinions would be much appreciated.

If barlow is playing start him, if not go proud

prob barlow with proud as emg. barlow as the highest scoring potential but is not a def starter, he is named on an extended bench. proud as an emg would b a good choice due to his massive pre season

Yep. Although if you have playing emergencies I'd possibly wait till after this round to give you more confidence in potential trades.

Was a definite non-trader, right up until I found out S Thompson was out a few minutes ago.

A few 'rookie' errors, but basically my hand was forced. Had Max Rooke in my team last week, with Thompson (em) and Spangher as reserves. Realised before lockout that Rooke wasn't playing, wanted to swap Spangher for young N Brown so I could make him my replacement for Rooke, but that was in the final hour and the system crashed.

Thought I did quite alright out of the deal in the end, with Rooke and Spangher sitting on the bench while Thompson got the points. Thought I'd be right for this week too... then Laidley dumps Thompson, and Rooke doesn't come up okay, and with Spangher not yet game ready, I was going to be playing one down!!

Traded Rooke for N Brown and freed up some cash. I know he'll probably cop a hiding from the 'other' Brown tonight (who's also in my team), but its better than nothing. I'd rather him in my team than out.

That free cash allows me to prepare for next week anyway, where Stanton or Aaron Davey could be on the chopping block, depending how they fare...

rioli isnt a defender, this is bad for me as all my bench is playing except pfeif and scot thompson and both r defenders

does any1 know when danny myers will play? will he play at all this year? what do you think about trading myers for geary? will earn me $$$ and should trade after round three with that cash should i trade simmonds or king for cox!?!?!

Hansen scored 3 and 28 in his 2 games last year and i don't expect much better this year

Never been happy with my rucks, McIntosh and Simmonds. Had J.Griffen as emergency so decided to trade for Hampson and got rid of Heath Hocking for Ebert of WCE (emergency). Now I have enough cash to trade McIntosh for Cox and Cox goes and kills me again..
