Lists aren't finalised until after the trade period (and possibly the National Draft, I'm not sure on that one). That means, no upgraded rookies will be made official until after.

If it was allowed, people would be upgrading rookies just to trade them off.

I'm happy with it. Thompson = Gun, not future gun. And will improve further. Will slot straight into my 18 for next year, which is what I was looking for.

Morton will take a while to come on. There's also the risk he could be no good. Selwood is so-so, was good today but I can't see him playing that role next year with Braun and co better than him. And Walsh will be lucky to me on an AFL list, so getting pick 23 as well is good.
