It is of my opinion that the regulars on this board have done a fantastic job with posting in the past 2-3 months, but we're still probably not on par with some of the other club boards. The traffic really has been great recently, but I also believe if we can think of some ideas for "Interactive Threads" (as I call them), such as 'Adopt-A-Swan' and 'Player of the Year' then we can further increase the posting in here and make our club one of the premier boards of the site.

At RWO we have a Swans goal kicking thread thing, maybe we could try something like that here aswell?

I must admit that i have been posting a fair bit more this season. Reason being
that i used to go to the Afl website for reports etc.But now that the official
site sucks big time,i come straight here. I can read all the press on any club
no problem,the site loads quick,as there is no flash bang rubbish happening.
I congratulate the people who run BigFooty,for flying the flag for us,the grass
roots supporters of our great code!!!

Maybe if you don't call people "Idiots" for having an opinion there would be more posting here.

That's really advice for everyone here; Sledging without providing an alternative opinion is not attractive.

I also would like to congratulate the regular contributors to this board for breathing some life into it. There's no doubt it's the least active of the team boards, and we've started the slow process of creeping up the posting ladder

Maybe if you don't call people "Idiots" for having an opinion there would be more posting here.

That's really advice for everyone here; Sledging without providing an alternative opinion is not attractive.

If you see things like this please report the post - unfortunately I can't get around to reading every single post, and I do agree with your point on sledging, and it's something I'm very keen to stamp out.

In fact I do ask everyone to keep in mind that other posters will have vastly different opinions to yours. Resorting to calling them names because they don't see the world the way you do is never acceptable on this board.

I encourage you to argue your opinions furiously, but keep it all football related instead of resorting to personal attacks

I've noticed there are quite a few swans supporters out on the main board as well who just dont come in here at all.

But hopefully i'll be adding my 2 cents in this year.

This is the most active this board has been in my time here, it is great.

Just be careful we don’t give the old man too much publicity, I like getting his inside info but I would hate it getting publicised and traced back to his source which gets them into trouble for feeding us true fans the information we all need.
