The training session consisted of the injured blokes running laps and the fit blokes guarding space.

Balmy was sharing a family Pizza with Rocca.

Sharing? They had one each!

The fitness team was seen pulling the fit and healthy off the track and scratching their heads about what went wrong, whilst pushing the injured out onto the ground as they couldn't make their injuries any worse.

A few of the big footy clan that made the journey to training were seen yelling at Bucks to drag Cloke & Brown off the track only to scream at him to put them on when they were off.
 
At the end of the session, the players split evenly into two groups. They each played a game of rock, paper, scissors with someone from the other group. This is how the match selection committee determine who will play the following game.

Or the handball it to a team mate under 10 times as much pressure as you are.

Or Kicking it 10 Foot over the Forwards Head and Opposition Kicking Goals out the Back of our Defense?
 
Buckley's favourite drill is see how many handballs you can do inside 50 before someone kicks it back outside again. If you have a shot, you are benched.

So that is why we handpass so much up forward. You get Dropped
