Some VERY good mail that the inner sanctum of the club (and yes they're still there) rate the raw talent and skills of Dick as exceptional. They legitemately believe he could be anything...dont' criticise me, but there words were "Hird Like" - and I can assure you this bloke has a VERY good relationship with Hirdy!

The bloke who rates him extremely highly and thinks he could be anything wont be at the club next year.

We may see Dick in the seniors before the year is out.

is that possible? i thought he was a rookie listed player. He does look a lot like NLM when he first started at the club

He is on the rookie list and yes, it is possible.

are you hinting that davey will be off the long term injury list soon? ramma will have to go back to bendigo wont he? im not 100% sure how the rookie list works but im pretty sure only one can be elevated at the one time. so if dick comes into the side then ramma will be out. hocking would be the first elevated in my opinion anyway. anyone know where i can look at the rookie list rules? cant seem to find anything on afl.com.au

oh cool, i didnt realise you could have more than 1 person on LTI and more than 1 person elevated from rookie list. This is good news for hocking and dick so hopefully they get a chance before the year is out.

This LTI and rookie thing has me confused. I thought Round 15 was the cut off.

Are you saying that we still have the possibility of putting someone on the LTI and promoting a rookie?

I'd like to see Hocking have a game at senior level if his form remains good in the VFL.... even though I'm skeptical about his chances.

Nope, there is no limit to how many you can have.
