Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
I really don’t think the break did him any favours to be truthful (from a conditioning point of view). There was a noticeable stomach at training, it’s ok just part of him learning to be professional but he is lucky to be in the team.I'm a big Wombat fan like the rest of us but I am disappointed that in the elite environment he hasn't shed 3-4kgs from his middle since he arrived. He will need to if he is to secure a long career.
Was thinking the same. I think he’s put on a few kgs during the break.I really don’t think the break did him any favours to be truthful (from a conditioning point of view). Honestly even Banfield would be unlucky to be replaced be Duds at the moment.
Probably shows how desperate we are for a small, quick clever forward, oh Sonny!I really don’t think the break did him any favours to be truthful (from a conditioning point of view). Just saying our training reporter is on point!!!!So, if I was guessing selection I would suggest JOM and Moose in and Fyfe and MacDonald out (he is still training with the AFL group). I hope Amiss is given another chance and don’t see someone out here as his replacement.
Definitely looked a bit heavier in the most recent game didn't he?Was thinking the same. I think he’s put on a few kgs during the break.
Great report! F*** I would love to see this side up and about, confident and aggressive. Best team in the league against the top 9!What a beautiful but chilly morning to be at training!
Rehab group is:
Sam Sturt with massive knee support, really looks like he is still struggling to get up each week.
Luke Ryan just in his training top and not involved in training. However, he looks pretty comfortable, perhaps being managed.
Warmup training
Fully involved are Moose, Simpson and Fyfe. This is a very good sign for Fyfe and Pearce returning next week.
I am not noticing anyone else not involved other than Johnson.
Nice and loud warmup full of enthusiasm.
Tracey absolutely giving it to Ryan for training gently “don’t work too hard old man” and Ryan responding about looking after your elders. I think Ryan is fine but probably sore. Ryan has lots of advice for all the players as he jogs laps.
They are really up and about this morning!
Ryan was interviewed on 6PR earlier in the week and mentioned he could hardly walk the morning after the game. What a beautiful but chilly morning to be at training!

Swap out that spare tyre for a little roid belly.Get him on the Schultz diet and turn him in a little nugget of destruction.
Aw, look at little Freddy and his brother

I wonder if Pearce’ shin has anything to do with a shin splints type issue? I have a taping technique from my time as a sports trainer that works great for that… but I’ve only met one physio who knows it (he taught it to me)![]()
taller one...Can you pick which brother is Freddy? I can't.
