I went to training today and will make a bit of a report...

Fido and Wirra were away from the main group. Adrian Barich told me Fido has a slight hamstring strain, and is 50/50 for Sunday. I don't know about Wirrpunda. Fido was walking/jogging laps with Bill Sutherland for the first half hour.

Chick and Gaspar both trained hard and well. I would expect Chick to get a go this week, maybe wait a week for Gaspar.

The attitude is good. For guys like Chambers, Willo and Sera who are prime for selection but probably won't be it must be frustrating, but they are putting out every bit as hard as the starters.

Uhuh it would be great to see Chickadee play. He is a tough as nuts player and someone we need if we are to succeed.

Yeah it would be good to get Chick back for this game.

What happens if all these blokes are back from injury..

Chick
Gaspar

I'd say that Chick and Gaspar are walk ups, but who could we drop?

Well, if Fido isn't playable, Chick at the half forward line, Munro to forward pocket.

Assuming Gassy is fit (wouldn't it be nice) I like the idea of Gaspar for Carroll. Jako continues to nail down CHF, and Gaspar gets a go at CHB. Chick would be a logical swap for Munro- same sort of midsized strong-marking midfielder/forward.

How about Milli, though?

So now watch carroll play instead of being dropped, play a blinder and give you even more humble pie:D Seems to be the way so far this year when u suggest someone is dropped lol:p

I dont see us rushing Gaspar back in, dont want to get injured *again*. Also the way Woosha is working this year he doesnt seem to just drop anyone, and carroll hasnt done anything WRONG really lately, but who knows, im sure Woosha will make the right decision:)

Gaspar's biggest asset is his marking ability, why put him in defence where more often than not he'd be spoiling rather than marking?

Gaspar for Hunter: As much as we all love Hunter, he's not in the best of form.
No one else deserves to get dropped, especially Munro, Glass and Humm lifted their games last week (usually the guys rotated in and out of the team).

In that vein let me just say that Sampi, Haynes, Matera, Chick, Jakovich, Jones, Embley, Cousins, Fletcher, Kerr, Judd, Gardiner, Carroll, Hunter, Green, Glass, Wirrpunda, Banfield, Cox, Munro Braun and Morrisonare crap and deserve to be dropped.

There is just no excuse for any of them remaining in the team! We will get burnt big time if they are there this weekend. Time for the coaching staff to make some tough decisions, i reckon.

Carneagles, i love that picture.

I'm going to go on the record here...

In: McIntosh, Chick, Read and Collica

Out: Morrison, Carroll, Hunter and Munro.

assuming Fido is fit.

Don't think Gaspar will be risked. Wouldn't be suprised to see Lynch or Dougall Howser thereabouts either.

Don't you just hate having your favourites on the outer??

over and out
