Unfortunate spelling mistake. Thought you were saying that 95% of his posts were "inciteful" (took this to mean inciting aggro/hatred/whatever). Thought this was rather harsh.

So re-read and used my brain. And realised you were going for insightful.

Makes sense now. Still found it funny. "For those who appreciate rocks, they'll always be surrounded by beauty". Appreciated that accidental little rock.

One small thing to add to Gaskin's perfectly concise report...

The sight of Hilly and Mora playing kick-to-kick with each other, just as you and I would at half time of a Souths game was magnificent. Mora and Hilly both moving around with 100% confidence. Nothing above low intensity, but encouraging nonetheless.

Just to add a couple of observations from this morning:

1. Mora left the track for some added strapping to his knee following some leg exercises. I guess he must still be getting some twinges, but as the boys above said once strapped he didn't miss a beat.
2. It didn't look like Silvagne was moving freely, thought it must be his ankle but didn't notice any ankle strapping, then I realised he had his right thigh strapped.
3. The standout in the WAFL group for mine was Michie. Josh Simpson will be a player for us, moves with such ease.
4. Pav and Sandi beating up on the punch ball for about half an hour.

Training report

Went down to training today and it was a light session for the players who played on the weekend. Most jogged laps and did some light hand ball and kicking drills. The lads were in good spirits and looked a well melded group.

*Highlighted word comes from Salim's vernacular.

Hill looks cherry ripe. Ran laps and kicked with Morra. He glided through laps today and looked in no discomfort for Saturday’s game.

Player focus: Morra
Morra trained really well today. He mostly paired up with Hilly and he ran really well. At one stage he and Hill did a continual wing to wing kicking drill and Morra also glided across the oval with ease. He was picking balls up off the ground without braking stride and his kicking was exceptional. The only thing reminding me of LARS is some strapping to his knee.

The WAFL players trained by themselves today and they also had it fairly light on the track. Josh Simpson's kicking as usual was excellent and Schiothe looks like he must have had a great game for Souths on the weekend

Good to see the young man progressing isn't it. He can return with very little pressure to bust out and be a match-winner. Get some wafl game-time. Jostle for next cab of the rank status with Mitchie. Develop a strong case for inclusion, then grab a spot in the sub vest. All positive.

Excellent mornings entertainment at the Salim Malik Arena today!

Good turnout with Salim, JMT, Gaskin, Bluey from the usual lineup & it was great meeting dockerfemme on her debut-nice to have a bit of totty on board!

Nothing much to report from the training field, however we did meld to enhance my vocabulary ever so slightly.

Highlight of the training for me was observing Moru & Hilly doing their stuff - poetry in motion!!

I'm sure it is ... but what does this mean? BTW, too much melding, meshing and relaxing by the training report crew suggests to me; a drop off in intensity and effort!
