Good on them. Absolutely love to see it. Big tick for Jack especially, he's an old head with young kids, people would understand if he just stuck to his personal program away from the club. Set an example mate and don't go quietly into the night like a lot of supporters want you to!

Interesting because I remember seeing a photo of Eddie Mazda with his family early on and I recall his brother standing next to him who seemed to be somewhat of a body builder and built like a brick shit house.

I was expecting Ed to start packing on some serious muscle at this stage of his career rather than going the other way and looking slightly anaemic.

It will be interesting to see if we notice any differences in muscle mass or just general muscle growth. Not just from the usual suspects but blokes that need to hit the gym.

How fit and toned they come out of preseason will stay that way until next preseason since it's difficult to do serious weight training when football drills and game style training will be a focus as well as trying to prevent injury.

Preseason gives players the opportunity to work on their physical deficiencies keeping to a schedule that isn't interrupted by weekly AFL/VFL match commitments.

Personally I hope we aren’t the skinniest team going forward. Physically intimidating is something that we haven’t had since the 90s.

Fordy wanted to be a mid in his u18 year but that nipped in the bud due to covid.
With judas gone could he be eyeing off that role.
