Didn't realize that! Had a bit to do with baseball scouts and on the whole a bunch of old blokes. Really mentor and support the kids they like but what is really apparent is sure they can spot talent and athleticism its not that hard the stats are generally there, but what they're really big on is sporting IQ the character of the kids, how they perform under pressure, how they support the team, train, leadership qualities, communicate with coaches, team mates and opposition, and general respect for the sport.
