Probably the most noticeable out of the group… Looks a lot bigger and fitter. No longer looks like a 14 yo playing against men.

TT also looking trim and fit.

Edwards still looks like Kramer though

Watched the boys train today. Not a dry eye in the house, let me tell you. The breeze picked up a little just before I left & I noticed the boys were kicking a lot further with the wind, than into it, which is a good sign.
Noticed a few of the boys had their knees and shoulders strapped which I'm a big fan of. I've got a bit of a dicky left knee, so I'll actually strap it up if I suspect there may be some action between the sheets pending.

You just can't be too careful. I used to whack on SPF15+ before hopping in the solarium. Something I still do to this day. And you wanna know how many times I've been burnt? Zero. Never.
