Has the toolkit to be a high quality half forward flanker.
i personally think he's found his spot as a winger. his tank is pretty incredible for where he is and where he was and i think it will only get better as he continues to mature. He just needs to up that disposal average into the high teens/low 20s and he's an absolute quality winger.

I'm way higher on him than most people are though. Along with his aerobic capacity for that role and his ability to mark overhead, i love his vision and creativity with the ball, even if it doesn't always come off

We both agree he will be a quality player. I’m impressed with his forward half pressure and chase down tackles. His marking is v good for his size and he’s tougher than he looks. I think he could play wing, but other midfielders will fill those wing roles in time I think

Has a habit of kicking the goal we need when we he gets his chance too.

It's one of the many strange Noble moves. I think Clarkson has to look at Ziebell's form from last year and decide that it's either backline, midfielder, or VFL for him. People may not like his form in those positions, but up forward he was just about the worst senior player in the AFL last year.

Outside of his round 19, 17 and 4 games that he'd be happy with, he averaged 10.8 disposals and .5 goals in his other 13 games up forward. Turning 32 next year I'm not sure those numbers are getting any prettier.

I hear ya. But this year’s game plan wasn’t great for forwards.

“Hey Clarko, we’ve moved your desk closer to the window like you asked & we’ve filled the top drawer with curried yabbies. Uh, did you want this ‘nourishment game plan’ book that Nobes left in there?’

He left nothing in the tank every game. Great work ethic

Big engine but probably lacks a yard at this stage for an AFL wingman.

I’m unsure of where he fits, he might end up being that 18-22 type player when we have a better side. A little Dumont-esque but has a few more weapons, particularly his disposal.

He’s certainly not the type of player I thought he was going to develop into.

Curtis Taylor did special things in a forward line that was like a barren wasteland in 2020 but then all of a sudden he gets injured and he stops flying on peoples heads and becomes a one paced winger. Either way, I like that he takes the game on with his kicks and also the fact that he actually improved game on game last season and put in effort when many others didn’t. He’s one that I’m not sure if he’ll be a real needle mover on the wing, but he has talent and the work ethic is there that he could definitely succeed.

His disposal is below average and needs work. He has had enough time in the system now to polish his game up, an increase in disposal efficiency and he becomes a weapon.

Is this photo playing tricks? Tommy looks like a very small human compared to Greenhead.
It's easy to fall for. Lighting and angles can play tricks on people. I always got into arguments over this when people were discussing size diferences during MMA staredowns so i developed a bit of a knack of seeing through the smokescreen. If you break it down it looks like TP has the same body composition as Greenwood. TP may have had a growth spurt too...

Curried Yabbies, ...struth they'd go down a treat....used to be a big fan of the old Tandoori Lobster when someone else was paying.

And they reckon trig doesn't come in handy after school!

Yes he was meant to. A wait and see on when he decides to return.
I’d delist spicer now

He’s not a good enough player to decide to not return when he has to

Take and use pick 40 in the draft and get cooper with a later pick

That ankle turn makes me incredibly nervous.

He's in Darwin atm with his GF. A wait and see on him but yes, if he has decided to give it up, cut him now.

What's the go with list lodgements GR? Can we pick up another at draft time? Well given its sussed out already, if that's the case make the call now and grab another

We have one final list lodgement date after the drafts and that's it. Any changes then will be final. If he's cut then, it'll possibly give us an extra rookie spot for the SSP/MSD.
