Add a flag and I’d be happy with that. From Afl website- “All I want for Xmas 2023 Wishlist “
The long-suffering Kangas are well overdue for some on-field positivity, and the good news is there's no shortage of potential breakouts. Draftees Harry Sheezel and George Wardlawwill have their moments, the newly re-signed Luke Davies-Uniacke should continue to develop and the big 'Souva' in the square, Nick Larkey, has the foundations to go to a new level. But perhaps the biggest Christmas gift Roos fans – and new coach Alastair Clarkson – could hope for is a change of luck for 2020's No.3 pick, the forgotten midfield gun Will Phillips. If he gets up and going, North's midfield suddenly looks far more potent. -
You guys are nuts. Taylor was one of the only players busting his arse every week for NMFC last year. He's a young player who's had four coaches in three years playing in a two time spoon side. The only thing you can ask from a young player during this shit show is effort, and he's out in more effort on field than 95% of the team. The thing with Taylor is he is in a bit of Mason Wood category. Talented. No disagreements. But hasn’t been consistent enough to solidify himself as a requirement IMO.
Probably no surprise but have heard the standards are so much higher then they’ve been the last few years. Few of the senior players have copped it between the eyes.
I personally was hoping for a 6 win season. Without giving away the number, the coaching group are confident of more then that. They’re setting higher expectations then that internally.
Lastly, Wardlaw & Sheezel have made a pact to win a flag at North together.
Merry Christmas.

Yeah sounds all good but judas was saying similar.Probably no surprise but have heard the standards are so much higher then they’ve been the last few years. Few of the senior players have copped it between the eyes.

I understand the cynicism/reluctance to get burnt after the optimism over the last few preseasons, which came crashing down.Without trying to be overly cynical, we heard similar reports about Noble...and Shaw.
I know Clarko is a whole different kettle of fish and it is hard not to get excited but forgive me for treading carefully.

The tangible for me are when I hear things like the optional additional off-season sessions, which last year averaged about 5 players. This off-season they rekn they’ve averaged well over 20.
It is different IMO.

I actually don’t agree that CT is limited. I think he’s quite talented, has shown some good glimpses of his own raw talent, in a shocking side. Works himself into the ground as well. Personally I think he’s best suited in the forward half, is a great shot on goal and has that natural forward iq which not everyone has.Absolute agree. Sure he is quite limited but even when we’re getting thrashed you can see him busting his ass until the siren.
His efforts are second to none. We need that around the club.
This is probably the stupidest call and I hope to god I’m wrong but I think CT will have a better year than TT in 2023.I actually don’t agree that CT is limited. Will benefit like many from a good system.
Well, TT is behind him after this year so I don't think it's silly. This is probably the stupidest call and I hope to god I’m wrong but I think CT will have a better year than TT in 2023.
as long as he scores well enough for the first few weeks so I can use him as a stepping stone to a premo in SC ill be happy. This is probably the stupidest call and I hope to god I’m wrong but I think CT will have a better year than TT in 2023.
This is the best. Yes, those photos look so dodgy, how did they get them from a iCloud hack or something? Just like this prying eyes lil old Emu.
