Doesn’t have a real good endurance base, they build him up really slowly and make sure all the building blocks are in place before letting him loose. Might get a few VFL games towards the end of the season.
Had his surgery in September so earliest he would be cleared is early August. Hopefully not but someone else could be inactive by then.

Is it just me, or does Brayden George look a lot closer to getting a game than 2024? No strapping on the knee, are we sure he's still 12 months away?
They'll be super conservative you'd imagine, couple games end of 2023 probably not worth the risk.

Hey guys come in peace.

Who has been taking the kick ins during drills?

I would have thought McDonald being captain would be taking that responsibility?
Lmac probably takes the most but will be clearer after preseason and when we get a better idea of what the 22 will be for rd 1. Perez, Hall, Goater, Young all potential candidates.

Taylor Garner has been taking most of them, hits absolute 35m bullets that land on the tit.

I care not for SuperCoach but a legitimate Smokey would be Blake Drury, you can read up on him in here, could be an absolute bargain if he gets gametime early.

People s**t on him a bit but man I hope Lazz finds his place as an AFL footballer and has a long term career. There are not many kids that come into the AFL that have a genuine appreciation for their career. Such a smart, humble and down to earth lad.

I hope everyone we recruit becomes a star but ultimately it is not within our control.

I still think he can become a good solid player for us but atm we are not getting consistent output from our better players and there is a lot more pressure on our second tier players. I think there is always value for players that are prepared to go hard at the contest and harass the opposition, you just have to go out there with the mindset that you are going to impact each contest you are involved in.

Clarkson had numerous serviceable players in his premiership teams but there were some who probably didn't survive the early rebuilding phase because spots on lists were at a premium, when you have to turn so many players over to find future stars you don't have a lot of room for depth or second tier players.

Who would you guys all want to do it?

Hypothetically - scores are level after the opposition have just scored a point.
There 2 minutes to go.

Name your guy…

Goater or Perez, someone who can hit a pass but also has the ability to play on run their 15 and hoof it past the centre square if need be.

How does someone get tickets to the Saturday Match 4th practice stimulation game?

Mate it’s free entry

PM if you’re interested. It’s at old Princes Park fwiw

I actually liked Nobles' move of Stephenson back, but it looks like Clarko and the rest of this board disagree, so if he's ineligible, then Perez. Haven't seen many roosts from him, but he's got a nice kicking style on him and I reckon he's a decent decision maker

Player most likely to hit great long target - Hall
Player most likely to butcher it up completely and lose us the game - Hall

This made me laugh, then I cried. Then I shook my head, looking wistfully into the distance with a painful sense of deja-vu

Ah to be a Roo supporter!!
