Watched training this morning. Didak and Medhurst trained well although Medhurst seemed to have more run than Didak to be honest, but that was only my impression, and I couldn't follow both of them at once. Bucks did sweet FA other than handball, a light jog and a short shot on goal where he then appeared to grab his hammy. Didn't look serious, but still didn't look anywhere near ready. Plenty of goal kicking work from the forwards toward the end, although it was relatively unstructured, probably don't want to create a siege mentality for them. Pendlebury appeared to take it easy, although a few of the younger players and followers were taken aside at various times for one on one stuff so that might have been the case, rather than resting him. Dawes was moving OK ,and got involved in a few short one on one sprint/tackle/evade drills. Lica ran laps for about 45 minutes, appeared to be putting in too. Some players taken aside for goal kicking during other times. Mainly contested footy drills for the remainder of the time, with the backs running it out down the centre corridor and then centers etc delivering to forwards on the lead, who then pumped it back up the wing via a pocket or had a shot on the run, depending on what took their fancy. Few followers also did some training in padded suits to keep their arms free for a handball during tackling. Wakelin trained well. Nothing spectacular, finished around 1215, although some younger guys stayed and did a bit.
