I would've thought the long plane trip to freo would be enough time to relax - they should be putting their bodies through motions TODAY, and try and polish up on some skills for the upcoming game. There should be no time to take it easy EVER on the training field if they are serious about giving the season a crack. It[s all about work ethic on and off the field imo.

Im not having a go at you and you may very well be right and no, I don't know everything. All I know is the coach should be there.

On the intensity issue, Foley, Tuck and Kingy were all training as they play, others were happy spending 15 minutes joking around and trying to out do eachother with pot shots from the boundary (Tambling), just don't know why a coach couldn't get into them and make them work on their set shots.

If they're resting for a flight no one told Foley, Tuck and Kingy.

On a side note the RichmondFC website is showing a picture of Terry Wallace at training, this is not from today as you can see he is wearing a coat and it's 27o outside.
 
This club is a serious joke. Not committed at trainined normally means not committed on game day.

You'd think they would spend some serious time on getting the structures right and fine tune their skills..

What hope do we have... Ground is inadequate, game plan is non-existent and the coach doesnt rock up to take training.. Yeah we are heading places alright!

WTF isnt it the coaches job to coach?
Number 1 priority should be to coach the side, the off field shit should be handled by Steve Wright and Gary March.
 
He is doing media -Tuesdays with Terry, what a JOKE! He should be coaching us hence the reason why we havent improved.

I was at that game on the weekend and he is kidding himself if he thinks we worked hard - we were so lazy and not willing to help teamates.

Pre match warm up i said to my mate, that the Tiger players looked too relaxed and you can see them having shots from boundary etc - they had no structure or intensity, they had no routine. They obviously get this from training.

Collingwood on the other hand looked professional, they had routine drills and look focused and there intensity in pre game was amazing.

We need a new coach fast.

I have supported this club for years and I am mentally exhausted!

Obviously his methods havent worked so surely he would realise he needs to try something different

Wallace might just be getting in some RDO's or "sickies" before het quits or gets the sack - i think we all have been guilty of that one;)

seriously though - Wallace is looking worse by the day - he is a better media mouth than he is a coach - he whould go and work for someone like the hearld sun, the writes uneducated bullshit to uneducated readers who then think he is a genius

That's pretty poor if some people were pissing around as much as it sounds like they were. Although it doesn't surprise me, I've met Mark Graham a few times and he reckons that the training can be a bit lax at times, ie once the boys get a bit tired they get a break etc.
