I went along to training today the four o'clock sessions are great coz i can go after school. The boys are starting to look really fit, they didnt really play a game but they did some drills that i used 2 do when i played juniors girls footy so they must be working on the basics.

Noteable absents were Johnno at least i didnt see him Kritter and Bowden does anyone know whats wrong with these players they arent mentioned as being injured???

I saw johnno at the club this morning and he looked fine to me. But you never no he may have a slight problem so they may have just given him a rest.

Birssy looked good out there he seems like his really fit and is a good chance for the first round
I cant find out any where if Bowden is injured if he is it would explain why he didnt have much game time in the last two games

for the uninitiated and/or the socially ignorant and/or the people who have just arrived in this country, please, what does that mean? And where did it derive from?

I know Sandy Roberts used it in his calls but I could never figure it.

Not 100% sure, i believe it's a term like when you played tiggy (Chasy, tag, brandy) at school, the person who has to get everyone is "hee"

It was the job that most of kids don't want, thus, if you're wrong, you go "hee"

That's my understanding of it.

Out for 10 weeks with a paper cut. May be longer cos Mum put Dettol on his knee after he pretended he was superman. No blaming his mum ala Warnie here.
Didn't play much because he was useless when he did.

That's pretty much my understanding of it too. Also used when playing hidey for the person who had to find the ppl who were hiding.

I think it's just "he". Your definition is quite right, PC.

I offered to go "he" if Wiggins becomes a regular senior team member. ;)

Spot on.

Not robust enough to play a KP, not sharp enough to play a flank...will struggle to break in. Floating defender ala cox seemingly only viable role, and i am not convinced of the value of an opponentless possie gatherer down back. (So many of our midfielders get back to play that link up role anyway)
