Ok it has been a bad 24 hours, we are now without Mitch and Red for the rest of the season and things are as flat as ever.
We must look at the rest of the season as just 9 weeks, we are still in this and just need to be as fit as possible come September.
This idea has been stolen from Twitter, but we need to show the boys that we are right behind them and help lift their spirits before Friday's game.
So I encourage as many people as possible to get down to WO for training on Tuesday, I know it will be hard for most with work and other commitments, but pass the word on to anyone who might be able to make it.
