Selling a player for £20m after 18 months good service is a bit different to selling a player for a small profit after 6 months of what may or may not be good service.

Actually several times I tried to end the discussion, you kept going on about it. The discussion continued so I continued contributing to it.

I don't believe Marca have done anything untoward. He got dropped and started following Chelsea, he brought it upon himself. Messi is the guilty culprit here, up to his usual tricks. He wants his annual wage rise or unhappy his puppet Zubi was sacked.

It appears Barca are done with FC Messi after so many failures.

Barca need a coach with balls. Having Tata as the Messi yes-man got them nowhere. With such a poisoned atmosphere even a coach who tries to fix things is probably gonna fail anyway.

Berhanio vs Rooney first 52 PL games was shown on Sky Sports, which shows that Berahino has 3 more goals in that time. Typical stupid English reporting really. Rooney was about 17 when he reached that mark! DO NOT WANT BERAHINO AT SPURS

I don't think Pep is staying there long term, he said his next job is the EPL. Strong chance he'll end up at Chelsea as Roman was desperate for him before he joined Bayern.

Because I asked him a question why Leicester would pay £9m for a 6 month player and a small profit and his response was that Jatz had been saying something for hours.

I have more chance playing left wing for Spurs than Messi playing somewhere other than Barca this season

9 goals in 36 appearances last season. 13 in 24 this season (albeit 4 in a game against Non-League opposition on the weekend). He actually hasn't been all that at all IMO

i doubt there are graphics on spanish tv constantly comparing young spanish strikers to raul.

Completely agree. More so the speculation could slow a few transfers down, especially if clubs have feelers out.

Berahino looks destined to move, as does Bony (my bet would be city)

Every English player that comes about and does anything is the next such and such. I'd say it's overlooked how much of a problem this is for why the national team has fallen so far away over the past 10 years

3 teams. Real, Bayern and United. City maybe next year as well. Some clubs don't care about FFP either. Pretty sure Moomba said you can amortize the transfer fee over the life of the players contract or something similar to that. United will be spending 150m+ in the summer. Can Messi play cb?
