As integral as Coutinho is to Liverpool, 100m+ is a lot of money for anyone, and it's not too late to buy IMO. If you have to overpsend, by 10-20m, do so if it's going to get you two or three quality replacements.

While finding a Coutinho like-for-like replacement is almost impossible, you can get some very good players for the money they will get.

Bottom line is, if he wants to go, it's in everyone's interests to grant that. If he has happy to stay for another season (much like Modric and Bale did with us) then you'd take that option. Forcing him to stay is probably the wrong action

No difference to Dembele and Mbappe than there is to Martial and Coman imo in regards to talent and potential.

Dembele and Mbappe play for inferior clubs/lacking depth in areas they play in so they get more game time than the other two, there's no way they're worth 50m+

Coman doesn't play week in week out like Mbappe

Coman is also the most natural winger out of the lot

What I've seen from Coman at CL level has been pretty good, if he went to a club one tier down like where Mbappe and Dembele are playing at then everyone would be fapping over him too because he would be playing week in week out showing everyone how good he is.

Nevertheless, once Ribery/Robben move on I'm sure he'll be able to build on what he has shown. Martial is in a similar boat too, José needs to give him a chance.

dembele had 10 goals and 21 assists in all comps last season. in 15/16, coman had 6 goals 12 assists.

i dont think coman is crap or anything but i do think dembele and mbappe, at their age and what they've already done, have gone past coman.

Stick to playing fifa until you can bother to scout a player properly

i dont think coman is crap or anything but i do think dembele and mbappe, at their age and what they've already done, have gone past coman.

Because of enhanced opportunity as they play at inferior clubs to Coman with less/lesser competition in their respective positions

Coman has only ever played at big clubs and has had to deal with playing normally in a 3-5-2 at Juve (he's not a wingback) or deal with playing alongside 2 of the best wingers/wide forwards of this current generation at Bayern.

Not a bad assist return from Dembele, but he needs to score more goals in the position he plays. 1 goal every 5 games does not warrant a €150m fee.

Monaco are a 4-4-2 team

Falcao has historically played his best football upfront alongside someone (Diego Costa/Hulk etc), Mbappe and himself were a good combination. Silva and Lemar played on the wings normally.

Germain is ok, I wonder why they loaned him out the year beforehand?

Nice melt, but he's not worth his price tag until he becomes a consistent 2 in 1/3 in 1 player.


I get you don't want to lose him, but if Barca want him desperately, then accept the overs they are offering already.
