Transfer only comes in effect next summer, not a loan back per se. Apparently if there's a serious injury we reserve the right to cancel the deal

It's been said that Arsenal would prefer to sell him to Chelsea but I've seen nothing regarding it being anything to do with the Suarez transfer. More that we see Liverpool as a rival for 4th place while Chelsea are above us. I've also read we are happy for Chelsea & Liverpool to start a bidding war over him to maximise profit. So far Chelsea are ahead as they are the only team that has made an offer.
