People seem to conveniently forget this
Just get lied to. Two early signings, whispers of Lemar and Mbappe..... Then season tickets are done and it stops.
You're ****ed until Kroenke goes, **** Wenger, you could have Simeone or Allegri and the rot won't fully stop until the owner changes.

You finished 5th and aren't strengthening. Boggling how they get away with it.

I feel so sorry for Claude. Obviously doesn't have much going on outside Arsenal.
Seems a lot of them don't

Loyal fans, rock up every week, spend thousands of pounds on tickets for games every season, go and spend even more doing away trips etc, but yeah, sometimes stepping back on that commitment and doing something else to change things up could help.

I would say that far from giving them credit, it would have been one of the most shambolic series of decisions I've ever seen from a club. And one that would cost them dearly.

If they were likely to make top 4 i could understand it. It would make zero sense to keep him unless they sign a couple of good players themselves

Arsenal have offered £92m (€100m) to sign Thomas Lemar from Monaco.

We understand Arsenal are yet to respond to Manchester City’s second bid of £55m for Alexis Sanchez.

The Gunners will not let Sanchez leave this summer without the arrival of a replacement.

Monaco don’t want to sell Lemar but we understand they could be tempted by Arsenal’s massive €100m offer.

Lemar is due to play for France this evening in a crucial World Cup qualifier against the Netherlands, live on Sky Sports.

From Sky.

Got to say I do think more English kids experiencing football on the continent can only be a good thing. Wouldn't be surprised to see him back in England next summer though.
