Still doesn't make Walker 55m worth.

But yeah, I'm with Kizza. Better out there that will likely end up cheaper.
Like.....

Cedric from Southampton isn't better and is in the 20-25m range.
Alves is gone.
Carvajal wont leave RM
Piszczek would cost 40-50m

On the contrary, wouldn't he be cheaper if he's disgruntled and has already had his head turned by City (a bit like with Costa at Chelsea?) We were talking 50M+ and now it looks like we will only get back what we paid for him.

IMO 40M is a fair price for Walker.

How dare you round up 47.5 to 50m. Naughty boy.
I'm sorry, I'll punish myself with 10 minutes in the naughty corner for every half mill of rounding. :five::zero:

Similar to Danilo who's price will soar now as well. Could erupt a bidding war between Chelsea and Man city

Haven't heard anything about it. Are you sure you didn't read LCFC instead of LFC?

In any case - Firmino, Sturridge, Origi, Ings, Solanke + Mané if needed.

We're pretty well stocked. Can't see a striker coming in, particularly one that would be 3rd/4th in line at best.

Sounds like we'll get £30m for Costa which is very shit.
Turns 29 soon. You can tell he will have a short career because he doesn't look after himself and has had bad hamstrings in the past. Reckon he will deteriorate pretty quickly after 30. Add on that the baggage that he brings and the fact Conte wants him gone, £30m is about right.

He picked it up from talkshite, ignore it

Kelechi would be the perfect signing for spurs, perfect back up for Kane who has proven he can come on and score when needed. Whether he'd be happy to sit in the bench at a different club though?
Not a bad move all around imo. He'll be the best CB in the PL one day
