Chelsea have done no deals , but they a mountain of talent returning from loan..
Conte could easily get all the players he needs from loan returns .

Sounds like Costa to Juve is imminent, would be very happy with that. Still plenty more irons in the fire with hopefully on minimum losses.

I've gotta say this transfer season has been all a bit flacid for Chelsea.

After being linked with a big black strong forward to reinforce up front, all we're set to sign is an old free Willy in the back :(.

I'll get my coat...
You will get lukaku that I'm certain of

Any idea when that might get announced?

Salah's flying to Liverpool now, medical tomorrow. So it's done. 35 mil apparently
It's CF's you need not wide forwards not sure what FSG transfer strategy is tbh. Great player but can't complain about that

I have no idea what we're doing in CM, we want Keita but no noises for a long time. Not sure how true the Lemar links are

"Despite the circumstances surrounding the Virgil Van Dijk episode, Liverpool have retained confidence they can secure all of Klopp’s first choice summer targets and Salah will be the second significant addition following the recruitment of youngster Dominic Solanke.

Liverpool are still hopeful of luring midfielder Naby Keita from Red Bull Leipzig in a deal which will cost at least £50 million."

James Pearce & Paul Joyce reporting the same. Sounds like we're still into him.

Mané our only true winger. When he was absent our penetration and potency in attack suffered noticeably. With additional games coming with CL qualification it was without a shadow of doubt a position we needed to strengthen.

Not sure what (if any) moves we'll make at CF, but as backup to Firmino we have Origi, Mané can and has played CF in the past, with any luck Ings won't miss the entire season as he did last year, and if Sturridge can be available for around a third of the season then even accounting for injuries between those 5 (plus Solanke here and there) we should be ok.

Nah we have **** all options out wide outside of Mane, wide pacy forward's probably the most crucial signing we needed to make

Nortdveit's signed for Hoffenheim for an undisclosed fee.

Watch as he does a Kramaric and becomes a good player under Naglesmann.

Care to elaborate on which loan players would break into our first team?

Christensen, Brown, Baker, Baba Rahman, Traore, Abraham and Kalas all spring to mind pretty much immediately.

Only Christensen is ready to start next year. Tammy in a couple.

Kalas is average as you'll see next season.

Only Christensen looks ready to stake a claim for a starting spot and is getting his chance.

Also, just on Christensen. Most are saying he will take Cahill's spot. Cahill isn't great, but he's the captain and is coming off a very good season where he barely put a foot wrong. Conte isn't gonna drop him for a 21 year old who has never played in the PL. As soon as someone's form drops he will get a crack but none of our loan players are good enough to displace anyone in our current best XI.

Hahaha. Traore is decent for a squad option, as is Rahman. Christensen should be first rotation CB and the rest are not good enough.

Fulham fans were raving about him apparently. Looks like he might be keen to go back there.

Christensen should start over Luiz if anyone at Chelsea has sense. Brown and Baker would at least be quality bench options if anything (both would start in most PL sides as it is). Baba Rahman is on par with Alonso right now and he'll probably get better as he gets older. And after the season Traore has had with Ajax, he'd probably get a game for just about any club in Europe.

No he isn't. If anyone watches the Championship it's obvious he's a class above most defenders.

Do you watch any league outside the PL?
