Wouldn't only those bolded be pure strikers? If so, he'd only really be behind Sturridge out of that lot.
What does that even mean?
Firmino has played the majority of his football since Klopp arrived as a #9. Whatever he started out as, he's a #9 first and foremost now and our attack is built around him. It's a bonus that he also has the flexibility to play out wide/#10 if we need him to. Personally I think it's bizarre that the fact he isn't a 6'3 real proppa target man that can only play at centre forward is seen as a negative, but there you go. Suarez wasn't a pure striker either, but he scored goals and created chances. What else matters?
Put a gun to my head and I'd probably prefer Iheanacho over Origi and Ings but in reality the 3 of them are fairly similar at present hence he'd be 3rd/4th in line. Yes he is young, but so is Origi and who knows what their respective trajectories will be.
Solanke's also a #9, but yes Iheanacho would clearly be ahead of him.
