Barca can't afford any big signings. They pulled out of Verratti already and won't get Bellerin either. The problem is they gave Messi a new 500k p/w contract last month and he also gets 100% marketing revenues so they're spending 1/3 of their money on MSN. They have novices in charge and are set for a sustained period of failure.
