Yeah looks like Robertson done. Dunno how jod will cope. [emoji14]€65m offer for Keita rejected, and while sporting director Ralf Rangnick has publicly reiterated that the player isn't for sale at any price, plenty of talk from Germany that this sentiment isn't shared by the club's board.
Would imagine a second, improved offer will follow pretty swiftly. My bet is that Leipzig are going through the motions at this stage while publicly seeking to ensure they are not seen to be giving away their best player without a fight, and with a fee of €70-80m looking likely, they've done just that while significantly boosting their bottom line.
Hull's LB Robertson also looking likely, I've heard a fee of £8m being quoted. Not a clear upgrade on Milner like I'd hoped but with any luck should be better than Moreno!
Daniel Vanderkamp, sports lawyer that worked with Liverpool a few years back, has said that we've re-opened dialogue with Southampton over Van Dijk. Expecting that one to drag out.
Original or new recipe shapes, this is an important questionAmazing week in transfers. First I was staggered that Wolves sign Neves, and then Walker is purchased for £50m. Incredible.
On top of that, Bonucci to Milan overnight. Wow.
Meanwhile, the signing of the summer Theo Walcott is still up for grabs. Please take him, anyone.
A pizza and a packet of BBQ shapes should get it done. The pizza is optional.

Robertson is good for overlap as well, and is a solid defender, doesn't make many mistakes.I don't mind it. We get our width from Salah / Mane. LB is probably the least important position for us and we'll make a profit by swapping Robertson for Morono. Spending big money on fullbacks is madness IMO.

Supreme no anchoives for the pizza and it's a done deal IMO. (insert appropriate simpsons gif)

I think the VVD one will get dragged out to the last week of the transfer period. i hope that won't be the case but I can Southampton being awkward on this one just to be aholes
In fairness to Walker, every England player looked a shadow of there normal selves and Roy.Is this the same fullback that played at Euro 2016 and was made to look a fool by the might of Iceland?
No big clubs overseas have showed the slightest interest in buying him. If he was any good the likes of Real / Barca / Bayern would have been chasing him for the last couple of years.
You guys paid Levy''s demands straight away without any negotiating. It's a panic buy all the way. I'm glad you've wasted 50m on him.
Would Southampton drag it out to a put that they can't then get a replacement?I think the VVD one will get dragged out to the last week of the transfer period. i hope that won't be the case but I can Southampton being awkward on this one just to be aholes
Why would guys bother taking the risk of another Mangala not coping with English football for the sake of saving 10-20m. That's not city's game and hasn't been since the money arrived and why should it be?still waiting on the list of 'plenty of better fullbacks available overseas for much less'
absolutely. plus walker was on the way out at the end of last season anyways after having his head turned/falling out whatever. it's a position lacking the most quality in world football right now imo.Why would guys bother taking the risk of another Mangala not coping with English football for the sake of saving 10-20m. So Mourinho has confirmed United made a failed bid for Morata

Yes we did know, but its good of Mourinho to confirm this.typeclub already told us this, but united supporters are deluded into thinking they got their main man.
That's because you're ignoring Danilo. You are about to lose him to Chelseascarcity always drives the price up. there's a lack of good-great fullbacks, and it has become one of the most important positions in modern football.
Don't think so. They haven't brought in any new big signings to the league. Similar to EPL who missed out on Morata and Hamez. They've both made a few sideways stepsSeria a will be the best league to follow next seaso.
