Chelsea with Alexis could win it IMO, no one else though. Absolutely zero chance we sell him to an English team this window anyway so it's moot.

I'd do a straight swap for Hazard though

He's pretty much saying he only wants to join Bayern, Real or Barca with that statement. Barca & Real don't need him. Bayern want him but don't want to pay him 300k / week. Perhaps Alexis should accept a significant paycut to join Bayern if his childhood dream is so important.....
