Been rumoured for about a month that Juve were interested in Emre Can and it seems like interest has heated up in the last couple of days

I reckon it's dated back about 6 months. Jan or Feb I remember reading articles about him getting scouted by Juve.

He's apparently agreed to sign a 5 year deal with us when he gets back from his holidays.

Very interesting list, didn't realise Shevchenko was already 29 when Chelsea bought him. He was magnificent at the time for Milan though, almost unrecognisable when he played in the PL.

Seeing Man City fans crack the shits over paying over the odds for Kyle Walker when we can only afford Bury's top goal scorer along with kids from Everton on loan says a lot with how much fans of certain clubs are used to spending big money on anyone. We spent 10 million on Borini a few years ago and now we're 100 million in debt with a few years in the wilderness ahead. And you guys are obviously in an even worse position.

It's all relative, and comparing Sunderland to City is like chalk and cheese.

Doesn't take too much actually. My former HS still sends annual donation forms, and over the last decade have built a school, fresh water and a workshop for a Kenyan town and installed solar all over the place. That's just one school for one Kenyan town.
