Aside from the second part you are just completely wrong. Lille, Marseille and Monaco all have shit loads, Ligue 1 isn't shit and you've been shown to be wrong on the last one as well.

They got done for bribery but they never lost their UCL crown. They got relegated to Ligue 2 and weren't allowed to compete in the next season's UCL.
