From an accounting perspective it means we'll probably break even on the sale against his unamortised value. Maybe a small loss.

A monster transfer fee but Walker went for £50m, Drinkwater will probably end up going for £40m, a 29yo Paulinho was £36m (agent and sign on fees would've been massive in this one), it's what modern day football has become. At first I was really against the fee but Siggy is one of the best attacking mids in the Prem, is proven in the league and at the peak of his powers. Very exciting stuff!
