After that second quoted tweet I am pretty sure Ballbag is FAITH.
I'm just trying to think of an instance where City have profited from a buy > sell since Sept 2008. Can you help me out? I'm being serious, not trying to shit stir or anything.Only a million or so between us and Swansea for Bony.
Can't see that not happening.

Javi Garcia was one I think. Negredo maybe another in recent years. Adam Johnson but less said about that the better.I'm just trying to think of an instance where City have profited from a buy > sell since Sept 2008. Can you help me out? I'm being serious, not trying to shit stir or anything.
Iheanacho basically came through the youth ranks after leaving Nigeria. One spin on it is that all of their successful players have stayed long term, like Zabaleta, Kompany, Aguero etc.
Iheanacho is an obvious one though.
Yeah, fair points you raise - the investment in your academy is clearly starting to pay dividends. And for all the excessive spending, which at times has been impulsive, you've managed to keep hold of a really solid core for quite some time.Javi Garcia was one I think. Much better with younger/fringe type players. Mooy, Unal, Kelechi have brought in nearly £50m profit this summer.
The thing is, if a player comes in and performs above expectations we're not likely to sell. So the likes of Kompany, Zaba, Yaya, Aguero etc could have made us big profits but we'd rather keep them.
Yeah I do think he is vastly overrated but he certainly has talent. Would be handy squad depth and who knows, maybe Klopp brings the best out of him.He isn't better than what we have and I'm unimpressed everytime I see him at Bayern
They will probably still come back for Cout to replace Iniesta in midfield as that's where Cout really excels anyways.Lot of money for Dembele but he does have a lot of talent. Big downgrade from Neymar at this stage though.
A much better fit for Barca than Coutinho imo.
FWIW I think Arsenal will sell.
What they need to do is stop letting their stars get in the last year of a contract. Really makes it hard for them not to sell.
Or they get bent over into paying extortionate wages to entice them to stay.
Struggle to believe this is true, but who knows given our cluster**** of a football administration.
Expiring contracts is an ideal situation according to our manager http://news.arseblog.com/2017/07/wenger-on-why-its-ideal-that-players-have-less-than-12-months-left/Ox, Sanchez, Ozil and Wilshire all in the final year of their contracts. Thats almost as ridiculous as the 180k a week offer for Ox.

I'd pay 70% of Walcott's wages to flog him off + sell Ox to Chelsea if the rumoured fee is true.I really do feel sorry for you guys, Wenger is just taking the piss nowadays
City back in to the tune of 25m for Jonny Evans.
West Brom want Gashssen apparently!!!
