Yep for mine that 3mil extra is worth it because if we left it until next year a bigger club I reckon would have turned Keitas head and activated the clause and we would have missed out.

If you don't actually register a contract with him nothing is stopping another club doing this.

Pretty sure he's burnt all his "Chelsea will do him a favour" bridges. If AM don't buy him now and loan him for 6 months he'll be playing in the under 23s.
