8 at the moment. If you have less you have to reduce your squad size accordingly.

U21's are free to play without restrictions.

In Europe (I think) it's still 8 but 4 have to be club trained. Squad size reduces if you can't meet those criteria. U21 players that havent been at the club for2 seasons have to go on the grown ups list.
