barca want kante and are 'willing' to part with andre gomes in return?

what in the **** would chelsea want to do with andre gomes? a man who chases about as much as fabregas and is somehow slower too.
We want Messi and are "willing" to part with Drinkwater in return.

I don't think so, completely wrong sort of player and mentality for their style. Would have suited United a lot better.
I'm sorta annoyed with this. Not sure he'd press like the rest of our players and it puts Harry Wilson down a spot in the pecking order, Wilson may end up getting loaned out again. If Shaqiri doesn't work out though surely he'd be worth more than 13mil to some other sides and we make a profit.

I dont see those 2 affecting RLCs chance(Ruben will play further up the field), if he grabs it with 2 hands in the preseason he'll get a crack.
Probably Drinkwater and Barkley as the English midfielders.
So does Jorginho mean Bakayoko is off?

That was my issue with us being linked earlier in the window.
Years ago Levy would have still bought purely for the re-sale value.

I guess that makes this a no lose situation for Liverpool. He either makes it or likely makes them a profit.

Liverpool need to up the quality of their squad depth and Shaqiri certainly achieves that. I think he will thrive at Liverpool just like the Ox did. Great signing.

My first thought was he is a money making signing. As long as he performs even ok you'll make double maybe more.
