City are untouchable with or without Sanchez so that leaves 3 CL spots to fight for. Selling Sanchez to manu now turns 3 spots to 2-2.5. Wenger is a moron

Arsenal aren't going to finish top 4 with or without Sanchez

I wonder if Ox and Sanchez get on well?

If LFC are in, I suspect it would be seen by the club as 'back-up' for any injuries to the Fab Free. They are obviously doing well. Mane is out of form, but really only compared to Salah. Firmino is really, really good. We love him. JK loves him. Dentists love him.

Sanchez doesn't seem like a Klopp player, due to his workrate, but how much of that is dissatisfaction with the Gunners and Arsene? Obviously Pep still wants him, despite him not being used enough at Barca for Sanchez' own liking. Jurgo loves competition for places and loves to improve players. That may appeal to Alexis. With Sturridge leaving, we lack a ready replacement should there be a major injury. Lallana and Chamberlain are the options, and then it's young players and strikers.

Hopefully he puts stock in the fact we tried to buy him when he went to Arsenal. Obviously he made the wrong choice there.

Of course the alternate thinking is that going in for Sanchez, and looking into getting Keita early, is all about signalling to Monaco that we won't pay overs for Lemar.
Did alright with three FA Cups. What did you win in the same period?

This Sanchez saga is giving me a RVP vibe.

When Arsenal sold RVP to United that was the day Wenger gave up on the league.

If they sell Sanchez to United that's the day they give up on top 4.
Top four was gone long ago. He might not have given up on it, but we're well out of reach for it. We're a level below the competing sides.

Malcom seen fleeing London for the nearest Airport.
Lot of talk about Aubameyang to us now. Left out of the matchday squad for Dortmund and few german journos claiming a deal is agreed for €60m. Would be an odd signing as he is 29 and relies on his pace, so wonder how many more years of quality we would get out of him. Also cup tied for Europa.

Hopefully we are getting him and Malcom and flogging off Walcott as well as Sanchez. Would make me excited to watch us for the rest of the season at least!

I thought Dortmund came out and said he was left out for because of an off field indiscretion reasons. Auba is has maybe 2 years left at his peak. We need to be looking for players 23-27, who are battle hardened and we will get 4-5 good years out of.

If we got Myki in the Sanchez deal (Massive IF), and brought Malcom in as well, that would go a fair way to solving our wing problems.

A front four of:
Lacazette
Malcom - Ozil - Myki
If in form would be a potentially decent looking front 4.

Leaves Welbck and Iwobi as bench players. But I can see us just picking up Sanogo v2.
However, while Wenger is running the on field, we will be second rate.

I don't think Myki is involved at all in the Sanchez deal, makes no sense for us to sell him now either, however if he isn't on the team sheet tomorrow morning that will be interesting.
Yeah, cash plus Myki for Sanchez with a few months left on his deal makes no sense at all yet I've seen the prospect mentioned a lot. Only thing I could think is they play similar roles and it might be a salary dump but even then there'd be other clubs interested in him. Reckon it's just a miscommunication that has grown legs.

Journalists just taking a punt basically. Even if Sanchez comes in Myki being a 10/right sided player is required as depth on that role we are short on.
