No way Chelsea loan us Batsuyahi. We are going to throw in another stupid bid for Tammy Abraham which has no chance of being accepted.

Chelsea and Spurs don’t do business with each other, which suits me fine as we’ve got more to lose on that front

There's no way you sell Abraham to us

Well no, not for at half of what we think he's worth like you did in the summer. Not that he'd want to leave just yet but we apparently value Tammy at 50m and you only offered 25m, Levy special. Makes him look like he's doing something I guess.

Batman would be yours if you pay what we value him at, 35m.

We wouldn't want Batsuyahi he isn't that much better than Llorente there was never much legs to the story outside of his agent wanting it to happen. Abraham fee of 50m is ridiculous a bid of 30m would be about right when you consider what Solanke went for (and that was daylight robbery)

But we don't want to sell Tammy and Tammy doesn't want to be be sold just yet, why you guys were rejected in the summer. Would be a crazy move for him to go to the side with the best striker in the league. If he was to leave it would be to a side he'd be number 1 at.

If Solanke is worth 20m Tammy is easily worth as much as Bournemouth want for Wilson.

Wilson has about 50 more PL goals for his club than Abraham has for Chelsea.

His representatives are letting him down massively. Has seen Girdoud, Morata & now Higuain go past him without him even given a shot. Has to hope that Sarri goes if he is to play in the 19/20 season

If he's not recalled for next season I think he'll rightly push for a move away. Someone like Hammers or Palace would be a smarter move for him than Spurs IMO, not that we'd sell to you anyway so I guess thats moot.

He's also seeing Batman and Morata getting moved on and Giroud not being offered a contract.

He is roughly month older than Marcus Rashford so to say he isn't ready yet for a top 6 club isn't correct. 21 year olds don't need to be necessarily guaranteed a start but doing the right thing and showing a bit in training can see them go past guys like Sanchez & Lukaku in Rashford's case or Dele, Lamela & Lucas in Tammy's case if he signed for us.

Difference is United and Spurs would be willing to allow him to do that whereas Chelsea just don't seem to have that culture to do so.

I didn't say isn't ready, I want him in the squad now. If he's not at the start of the next season or be pretty pissed. Tammy, CHO, James, Mount etc we have so many good kids coming through and we just need to use them like we are currently doing with Christensen and RLC.

We aren't going to sell them on the cheap though.

He doesn't need to go to a side he's number 1 at imo. He struggled to get a game at Swansea.

He's doing alright we're he is. If I was him I'd develop at that level.

He was doing alright at Swansea, but then they sacked their manager and bought Bony and Tammy didn't get a look in.

He's doing a bit better than just alright at Villa, hes killing it and clearly is ready for the Prem and ready to be number 1 at a club.

Bony started 8 games in the league last season.

He didn't get a look in because he's a kid that's going to develop in time if he:s not in a rush to get there yesrerday.

I reckon Bats would’ve done well at Tottenham. There’s definitely something to work with there. He was brilliant at Dortmund and Marseille. For some reason players just really struggle to reach their potential with us, whereas at Spurs they almost always improve. Obviously Poch plays a huge role in that and the fact we’re always changing managers and making signings means it’s harder to establish yourself in the side if you’re a depth player.

Bayshuayi is also a bit of a child at heart. He was never going to excel under someone like Conte (who never wanted him in the first place). He has wasted five important years of development, being sat on the bench and loaned around Europe when I think he could’ve easily flourished at a mid to high PL side if he was given the right opportunity. I really wish we could cut ties with him completely and take a hit on the price we paid for him. It’s because of us his career has stalled. We cop shit for “ruining careers” and I think a lot of it is unjustified, but there is definitely an argument to make for this one. I guess it happens, but I’m not a fan of how we dealt with Batshuayi from day one. I hope his next loan works out so he can secure a permanent move away from us.

On a side note, I don’t usually focus too much on the politics behind transfers, but why do some managers have such little say on who the club buys? Wouldn’t it make sense to buy players that the manager actually wants and will use?

From what I’ve read, Mount is nowhere near it. Too small. Probably needs another year or two in the Championship.

James on the other hand...
