I'm surprised at the Wilson rumours (except maybe as a back-up) because his movement/ball control aren't really at the required standard to deal with deep-lying defenses on a consistent basis IMO.

He's at his best when he can use his pace/acceleration to get behind the defence/beat the offside trap and then finish.

Some managers just coach the players that are given to them by the board and try to make it work.

Yeah hes has a little imput(as in what positions and opiniobs on players, he was asked about Pulisic and said yes so we bought him), but as he says hes the coach, not the manager. He finds transfers boring and would rather focus on improving players on the training pitch.

Nothing stopping Warnock going back in for Clyne in the summer window with there being no obligation to buy on the Bournemouth loan.

Real shame, but I think he probably needed a move. He's ready for senior football and I thought no he will kick on when he does start playing regularly.
