Eriksen goes, we are still somewhat well stocked.

Middle 3 of Ndombele, Winks and Dele, with Kane, Son and Lucas upfront
Leaves Lamela, Dier, Sissoko, a fit Wanyama & Skipp as depth/cover.

Van De Beek would be an option outside of Lo Celso. Possibly cheaper.
And his CL pedigree gives me confidence he can cut in in the PL.

Ndombele, VDB & Winks as the next generation engine room would be very good.
Hell, i'd be exploring that option even if Eriksen didn't leave.

He was excellent during their CL campaign.

With Ceballos hinting he'd want back at madrid, Lo Celso looking very expensive and Fernandes seemingly on the way to Utd, VDB would make more sense

I'd rather Lo Celso than van de Beek. VDB is too much like Dele imo. They're not players who will get on the ball a lot and regularly probe for those openings like Eriksen. I don't think they'd fit in the same side.

Lo Celso isn't a like-for-like with Eriksen either, but I think with Nbombele and Dele in there he'd give us a much better balance and allow us to dominate possession more than we did this last season.

Something like this is a far better balanced team than VDB for Lo Celso:

Dybalas price shouldn't come down because Ronnie joined, taking gloss off him, he was easily Juves best player before Ronnie came 12 months ago
