Odd comments from Pochettino about Bale after the Juve game. It's probably nothing, but he doesn't usually comment on players from other clubs, especially when they've been linked, but he spoke about how he'd seen reports a transfer might be imminent and when asked if Spurs were involved he said at the moment he didn't have any information from the Chairman and that he "didn't know if we are or it's another club." At the very least, it makes it sound like there's been discussions at Spurs about a Bale return.

Usually flat out refuses to discuss other clubs players, even one's we are on the verge of signing.

I think you'll find we probably lost interest once it was clear Ceballos had no option to buy. Why be Real's bitch and develop their players?

If it helps you qualify for the champions league does it matter if you develop a Real player?

And just becuase there is no option to buy doesn’t mean they won’t sell. I recall Kovavic didn’t have an option to buy but they sold him Chelsea anyways.

I think we should manage CL without him. Don't sell or buy anyone else and we're good enough to get it.
