Think the key to playing Arsenal will just to be control the midfield and starve that front three of any service.

I think that gives them the 3rd best front three in the league now behind City and us.

I think Kane and Son are both better than all of Arsenal’s front three and Lucas is no dud either.

I have faith in Torreira now, and Guendouzi going forward (though he's going to be more AM than CM I think), but Xhaka is just a defensive liability.
I reckon Cellabos starts instead of Xhaka.

Maguire has made it clear he wants to leave Leicester and join United. We’re willing to offer £80m, Leicester want £85m and won’t budge, and from reports we don’t want to pay that much.

Seriously, it’s £5m, just do it.
Offer em 75. And it goes down 5 mill ever day they delay.

Are you linked with any other CBs?
I mean, we are usually linked to everyone. But 85 mill plus add ons for Mcguire is taking the piss. We may end up paying it but ffs.

The problem though is that teams are still going to have to be conservative even when controlling the midfield because of the ridiculous counter-attack potential in that side.

From what I've heard about Pepe, in the open field he's lethal, but can struggle with his touch in close and under pressure? Actually, Julien Laurens, who I really rate as a pundit, said a lack of a consistent first touch is his biggest weakness. I reckon teams are going to have to be more cautious, but I can also see them struggling to break through teams sitting deep and congesting space if Ozil isn't at his best.

From the games ive seen him play most of his goals were counter attacking ones where he can run at the defenders. Hes like lightning.

I read somewhere 40% of his goals were pens.

Yeah, with Woodward running the show you are probably going to get bent over.

I guess the bright side is he'll improve your team.

Yeah, he's definitely one of the most interesting transfers to watch this season and over the next 2 or 3 years.

I'd say that he'll almost certainly be a good player at the very least, but I reckon he's got the same chance of getting to that world class level as he does of being an absolute bust, if that makes sense.

Gbamin set to sign for Everton at slightly below what we got Gueye for. 7 years younger and a better passer (maybe lacks tackling). Happy days with Kean to sign over the weekend.
If zaha is legitimately on the cards too, gonna give top 6 a good shake

That liverpool CL must be burning
