I do not want him. He's a slower Walcott. End product is ordinary.
Iwobi should end up being a better player than walcott, there different sort of players anyway, iwobi can actually dribble, take players on and link up with passing bringing teamates into the game, all walcott could do was rely on his pace

I hated walcott, i actually like iwobi and enjoy watching him play, will be sad seeing him leave but makes sense i guess, we need some defenders deaperately if selling him is what needs to be done to get it over the line then so be it.

They still have problems with end product. Do. Not. Want. Maybe for 10mill, but we just gave up Lookman who was younger and similar with more potential.

Actually yeah, Spurs are an incredibly small club in comparison with their lack of trophies.
I generally hate these dick measuring contests, but the first club to win the League/FA Cup double in the 20th Century, the first English club to win a 'major' European trophy (for its time), and 5th on the all time trophy list in English football is hardly the stuff of minnows. To be fair, there's a much smaller gap, albeit still admittedly significant, between Arsenal and Spurs in terms of total honors than there is between Liverpool and Everton.

We are talking more recent history though. I mean we've been in the top flight for the 2nd longest time so we aren't exactly a small club. The gap between us and Liverpool is magnified by the 80s.. but that was an era in which the two were very evenly matched - we went off the rails after that and to be fair so have Liverpool in terms of winning things except the CL.

Oh, I never said Everton were a small club. To be fair, every other club other than United is 'small' compared to Liverpool.

No doubt that we're both in a very similar positions relative to our rivals though.

Nah, we are not in Arsenal’s shadow to the extent Everton are in Liverpool’s - never have been apart from 10-15 years at the turn of this century. The 1930’s you could argue also but that was such a long time ago when people followed the local team no matter how successful they were.

Everton suffered from the ban of English clubs in Europe more than any other team post Heysel. They lost the ability to win the EC when they had a great team Inc Andy Gray etc.

Spurs are an enormous club, I feel they are the Richmond of the EPL, when they finally win something it will be pandamonium.

Also Spurs (5.5m) v Everton (1.1m) Instagram followers would suggest there is a bit of a difference in size.
