Sounds like Luiz had a bit of a sook after being told he wouldn't be an automatic starter.

I guess thats why we haven't loaned Tomori yet. Him, Rudiger, Zouma, Christensen and also Azpi when James is fit. We should be fine.

It will be sad to see the geezer go though, 3 out of 4 games he's great and a character to have in the change rooms.

Keep banking that money to throw at Sancho next summer.

Everton suffered from the ban of English clubs in Europe more than any other team post Heysel. They lost the ability to win the EC when they had a great team Inc Andy Gray etc.

Spurs are an enormous club, I feel they are the Richmond of the EPL, when they finally win something it will be pandamonium.

Also Spurs (5.5m) v Everton (1.1m) Instagram followers would suggest there is a bit of a difference in size.
Spurs have got supporters up and down the country. Everton don’t. They are very much a club with just local regional support. I like them though, always preferred them to Liverpool

Man United have accepted Inter's £70m ($126m AUD) offer for the Belgian striker.

Lukaku is in Milan and will undergo a medical shortly.

So who do they drop the cash on?
Not sure there'd be much cash up front from inter.

Who United go for as a centre forward is a genuine mystery. Surely they can’t be thinking of playing Rashford there all season

I think our incoming business is well and truly done. They may look at someone as a back up only but from all reports Ole is happy with promoting Greenwood as the Lukaku replacement.

More likely Spurs are a global brand. Everton not so much. They were also an early adopter of foreign players with Argies and Germans likely to make up some of that 5.5m followers.

Lo Celso and Sessegnon sound like they're all but done. Personally, I'm extremely excited about both.

Dybala is the potential real statement signing though. I find it interesting that the Guardian journo is the only one going with wages being an issue. Others, including apparently reliable Argie journos, are saying that personal terms are all but agreed and the difficulty lies in the image rights situation. Whatever happens, this will definitely be one to keep an eye on tonight.

Won't lie that I've completely lost myself in the excitement of this one though. It would be so monumental for us for a number of different reasons. It would signify a real shift in our attitude as a club imo.

Lo Celso and Dybala would be history repeating and if it happens it would be class if the social team paid tribute to this:
