True, but if he continues his trajectory he’d be worth 150m plus to a British team in a few years time. The issue is, can you actually sell someone worth that much?

Yeah of course you can.

How the mighty have fallen....Once upon a time both He & Robben would terrorise all of Europe on the wings for Bayern....Unstoppable when they were both on peak form.

Fallen?

Nah, that night in Munich in 2012.

Still...Robben & Ribery both on fire was a tremendous delight & a sight to behold indeed.....Attacking, adventurous, cutting-edged flair, with speed on tap....And the finishing to go with it.

I was dead jelly they never played for United.

Perhaps Ole could convince Robben to pull the boots on again? Windows open for free agents.

Bayern would be a sideways movement for him. I would assume his end goal would be playing in England - could see a United or Liverpool appealing to him and also able to pay the fee

Probably the only other team he would consider is Real Madrid

Klopp is a big fan apparently, but I’d hazard a guess every club in England would be in that basket! If/when he decides to come back to England, it’ll be all out war for his signature with a fee that could be in the €150m stratosphere if he continues on his current trajectory. Would/could we pay that? Who knows. Interesting that we opted to keep our coin purse shut and save all of our pennies this summer.

I DON'T SEE Fiorentina threatening for trophies in Italy, much less in the Champions League, anytime soon....They just managed to avoid relegation last season.

Must I contextualise all my comments for you?

What a pair of silly's.

And? He's a player on the verge of retirement. He was considering playing in the A-League FFS. You make some bizarre claims.

It’s not a fall from grace it’s a natural career progression
