They cant stop him in he wanted to come back to us.

That to me sounds like he is on loan if that really were to be the case. If Bournemouth own him any transfer will require their approval. He's a key player for them, would be surprised if they let him go mid season.

Thats not how release clauses work, and a buy back clause is a type of release clause

We put a buyback in the deal, its Akes decision.

Bournemouth have to ok any transfer, Ake cant just decide to leave.
No they don't. A buy back works the exact same as the release clauses that are legally mandated in Spain. Once an outside club meets the clause, the owning club is obligated to accept it and it is up to the player to agree to a contract.

Do you think Atletico okay'd the transfer of Griezmann to Barcelona, or Rodri to Man City?

A buyback clause is usually a gentleman's agreement between the selling and buying club that says the original owner of the player (Chelsea in this case) have first go at buying the player if the selling club wants to sell. It's not a buyout clause and will require Bournemouths approval if Chelsea want him.

A buyout clause stipulates a contract ends if a certain transfer amount is paid and transfer conditions are met. FWIW buy out clauses are usually not activated mid season.

They are buyout clauses. Not buyback clauses.

not if it's a release clause and the fee meets the minimum.

Yeah, that's a buyout clause. Not a buyback clause. Bournemouth were wanting 60m plus for Ake in the summer window. If he had a buyout clause he would probably be gone by now.

a buyback clause is just a buyout under a different name cos they would be going back.
