That's a boy amongst men.

Yep, thats his only drawback. He's quick, good tackler and can get forward but he's very short. I guess he can see the writing on the wall with Reese James ahead of him.

He doesn't really assist much though he's better as the main man cutting in and shooting. He'd be far better served going to Palace where he and Zaha can just run at teams, just like at the moment he has Grosicki on the other wing.
