Yep, shirt sales go to the kit company. They do it to make a profit - not because they are nice. Some fans really believe their clubs get paid per shirt sold but it just is not the case at all.

He probably wouldn’t get a game at Liverpool at the moment as an example. Both Mane and Salah are better atm and that’s just one example.

Will be interesting to see what Sancho does in England if/when he comes back. I'm not sure he'll be an instant hit.

Interestingly enough, if it were a seasonal thing - there’s no better forward in Europe across all comps than Haaland right now. Obviously the Austrian Bundesliga isn’t that strong, but his UCL record is incredible

Apart from Doctor G I don’t believe there are any avid pom-haters on this board (a few borderline perhaps) but that doesn’t make them pro-England either so your balance is out of place. I usually enjoy your posts but in this case you're not providing balance and this mentality is clearly clouding your judgment. Your opinion is coming off as very biased here, especially when you're using a comment like 'England fanbois' to try and make a point.

As a neutral I much prefer watching German and/or Spanish football rather than the EPL so I'm pretty far from being English centric. Sancho is very clearly the real deal.

Given a) Sancho’s age, b) the form he’s producing at senior level, c) his goal scoring/assist record which is fantastic, d) the exponential growth of the transfer market in recent years (ie, Coutinho for £140m), and e) being English (which usually comes with a premium), then £130m+ sounds very plausible and realistic.

I can’t fault Dortmund for wanting that or more. What a player is “worth” is subjective, no one can really say anymore aside from what one particular club is willing to pay. That’s what the player is worth to them.
