Think people are getting a bit carried away with Chelsea's signings.

Some exciting players, but not always easy to settle into a new team/country/structure.

But it will interesting to see how the new guys go, particularly keen to see Ziyech in England.

Hahaha

Leeds are being super bellends in all this. For some reason, just because they loaned the player for a season that he should somehow now become a Leeds player.

No... Brighton loaned him to you so he could develop and develop he has and now Brighton will take advantage of that. Leeds also got to have a good player for a year which helped them win games and ultimately get promoted. Win, win. That's how loans are supposed to work!!
Not just us though, White has rejected 3 new contracts from Brighton as he wants to come back to us, it's not gonna happen though so hopefully we get someone better.

I mean most fan bases get that that's how loans work. It's been entertaining I'll give em that.
I suppose you also have to consider the fact that the loanee may have a greater desire to stay with the club that they were loaned out to ie they played and achieved together therefore a greater attachment to those players than the parent club.

We are in good hands. It seems Frank, Petr and Marina are all working in the same direction which is nice for a change. Usually we hear the manager complaining about not getting the players he wants.

Roman is like santa.
He'd actually be stupid to fire Lampard.

Our teams finished on the same pts this season, we’re doing fu** all while you’s are nailing this window.

Chelsea already quite a bit ahead of us now.
Another season of just trying to scrape CL.

A few weeks back I noticed that Kante was like $1.50 to sign for United, which is incredibly low for something that's not had any airtime. Wonder if something is happening, I'm sure Pogba would have asked about him.

There was some talk that Kante was going to be sold to fund Lampard's spending spree but that seems to have quietened down.

What?

So are you suggesting we are not walking the league?

"may". The may bit is just made up in fans minds due to an overwhelming sense of self importance.

Can you provide a link the White rejecting all these contracts?

From a legitimate in the know source. I mean no Phil Hay or Sun crap because they don't know anything.

It's a great problem to have, trying to find game time for several quality players.

A lot better than struggling to field an XI that is good enough to compete.
And not to mention all those quality players can play various positions. Lampard is in cloud 9.

Never said Havertz isn't a great signing, I'd love him for Everton. Was more commenting on Chelsea's ability to stunt the growth of their English players for Abramovic to get his jollies over his Russian mates.

Terrible window for Abraham. Mount etc.

Chelsea as bad as developing youth as city.

It's possible isn't it?

If you don't get Sancho. Fati is near ideal next option (?)

United have said to be Keen on him for a while - and he is still 17

Who do you believe they will target otherwise?
Not spending 153mil on a player who hasn't even established himself yet. Let alone they didn't want to pay 120mil for Sancho.

Hopefully that one year for koman is still in the air.

They may still buy Sancho. I wouldn't be shocked if he is a United player this window or in the future.

It's unlikely but fati is probably the 'best' young player. If your going to overpay hes a good option. Not many 16 year olds keeping griezmann out of the 11

Felix was around that after a few goals in Portugal.
